The Macon Group is a Chicago-based real estate developer, who has acquired, constructed and marketed over $100 million of real estate in the Chicagoland area. Since 1997, Macon's focus has been on residential and mixed-use projects on the city's north side, as well as the suburbs along Lake Michigan, North of Chicago. Macon's projects range from luxury single family homes, both new construction and vintage restoration; on up to multi-unit, mid-rise condominium developments. Many of the larger projects are mixed-use in nature, and include commercial and retail components.

Macon's experienced staff manages all aspects of every development, including: site selection, property analysis, property inspection, zoning, design and planning, financing, construction, along with marketing and sales. With regards to mixed-use and commercial developments, Macon also provides the resources for long term management of these assets.
