Macon Development, LLC is the real estate development arm of The Macon Group – the development manager for all ongoing projects, and is also responsible for market development; finding new projects.

Manages each project from conception to close-out, and insures that budgets are met, schedules are maintained, and that project goals are on track.

Macon Development also works closely with sister companies Macon Construction and Macon Realty, to coordinate program issues, such as; quality of finishes, buyer upgrades, delivery of space and closing schedules, customer service and warranty performance.
